RACHEL NORMAN ARCHITECT
OVERALL DRIVE PROJECT
This bespoke industrial inspired home backs onto a reserve along the edge of Mooball Creek. Dramatic double storey height living area features floor to ceiling glass. Through the use of split levels a three storey portion was achieved within restricted height limit.
This Dual occupancy dwelling takes advantage of its premiere location in Mermaid Waters. The duplex is designed to set itself apart, and the external aesthetics are dramatic through use of dark colors and accentuated roof lines.
The architecture for this dual occupancy is based on coastal mid century modern design with the use of; breezeblocks, low pitched butterfly roofs, built in cabinetry and timber screening.
Each well appointed dwelling was custom designed to suit the different orientation and client needs.
