OVERALL DRIVE PROJECT
This dual occupancy project consists of two detached dwellings each with unique design.
Dwelling 1is an industrial inspired home backing onto a reserve along the edge of Mooball Creek. Dramatic double storey height living area features floor to ceiling glass. Through the use of split levels a three storey portion was achieved within restricted height limit.
Dwelling 2 is designed with internal courtyard living area to ensure privacy is maintained between the two homes.
