RENOVATION
Situated on a corner site in the highly sought after Burleigh Waters this humble single story home is completely transformed in this project. The existing pool, carport and a large portion of the house were retained with the additions wrapping around the pool area. The first floor bedroom wing sits atop the original house. The living area additions boast high ceiling with timber cladding flowing from inside that appears to float atop the floor to ceiling glass. The elevation opens the house up to the North East and elongates the rooflines taking advantage of the corner site.
By utilizing the existing footprint we were able to create a stunning and dramatic design that will allow the family to continue enjoying this incredible location.
